Key Responsibilities

  • •Define, develop, and execute the CDA Country strategy for KSA aligned to national digital agendas and global Cisco objectives.
  • •Provide end-to-end oversight for the CDA project portfolio, ensuring alignment, timely delivery, and adherence to budget and scope.
  • •Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of project managers and specialists, ensuring effective resource allocation across initiatives.
  • •Oversee CDA financials including spending, forecasts, revenues, linearity, and program-wide budgeting and resource management.
  • •Establish and track KPIs and manage program reporting, coordinating executive stakeholder engagement and cross-functional execution across Cisco functions.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience in program management, strategic consulting, or senior leadership within digital transformation (technology or public sector).
  • •Proven experience leading and delivering large, complex multi-stakeholder programs from initiation through closure and impact measurement.
  • •Exceptional strategic planning, executive communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management, including engagement at government and enterprise levels.
  • •Ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
  • •Proficiency with advanced program/project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project, Smartsheet) and advanced Excel.
