Key Responsibilities

  • •Ship against the contract workflow roadmap in the first few weeks.
  • •Get close to the problem by talking to customers and prospects and forming your own view of what to build.
  • •Take on AI review for a deep agentic system, including working on evals, flows, failure modes, and cross-team ownership.
  • •Collaborate shoulder to shoulder with engineering, design, and GTM to turn roadmap work into usable product experiences.
  • •Measure results, be honest about what didn’t work, and iterate or pivot as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 90,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Owned complex, multi-quarter work from discovery through launch and iteration, with accountability when timelines slipped.
  • •Worked closely with GTM and engineering through launches and acted as a go-to product person.
  • •Ran your own discovery: customer/prospect calls and synthesizing qualitative input into clear product decisions.
  • •Understood evals and how agentic loops work, including debugging flows and collaborating with engineers to fix behavior.
  • •Bonus: you’ve owned quality of an agentic system in production and/or have legal tech or contracting experience.
