Key Responsibilities

  • •Own a domain/subdomain and set the 0–6 month technical roadmap.
  • •Work with senior engineers to ensure architectural consistency and uphold reliability, availability, and security.
  • •Ensure systems have appropriate support, SLAs, on-call rotas, and documentation.
  • •Manage delivery: plan sprints, oversee project health, and ensure incidents are owned.
  • •Lead and develop the team through coaching, performance reviews, career pathing, hiring, and retention.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience as an Engineering Manager or in a similar leadership role, leading or supporting engineers.
  • •Deep understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
  • •Experience with agile development processes.
