Key Responsibilities

  • •Represent the bank to clients, prospects, and guests in person, by telephone, or by email in a courteous, professional manner.
  • •Greet clients and provide exceptional service; provide accurate information about bank services, products, policies, and procedures.
  • •Open new business and consumer accounts and explain/cross-sell bank products and services to new and prospective clients.
  • •Process transactions and perform teller duties, including loan payments, account transfers, address changes, basic cash transactions, and daily cash balancing.
