Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan, organize, execute, monitor & control the design and engineering activities for assigned projects
  • •Translate and optimize the as-sold functionality into a working mechanical design within budget in consultation with other disciplines
  • •Ensure correct engineering of mechanical interfaces with customers and subcontractors
  • •Lead the team for GA drawings, interface drawings, and installation drawings; oversee detail design and production design
  • •Lead site-related activities including site surveys, installation instructions, and preparation of installation documents and MEL/BOM

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical engineering
  • •5-8 years of experience in material handling system design
  • •Proficient in AutoCAD and Solid Edge; knowledge of Navisworks; Revit preferred
  • •Strong project coordination and planning skills; ability to work with multidisciplinary teams
  • •Willingness to travel to project sites and lead design activities
