Job Summary

Own end-to-end customer success for Celonis’ most strategic logistics/transportation accounts. Partner with C-level executives to define long-term value visions, build program roadmaps and detailed value plans, orchestrate cross-functional teams, and resolve escalations. Drive transformation adoption and usage targets while mentoring teams and customer stakeholders. Lead customer advisory boards, champion customer advocacy, and represent Celonis at key events and thought leadership.

•Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, embedding Celonis into their strategic objectives.
•Account for the end-to-end customer value journey by influencing stakeholders, establishing roadmaps and value plans, and driving alignment to customer strategy.
•Orchestrate internal teams to resolve escalations efficiently and ensure high-quality, on-time delivery and adoption targets.
•Mentor and coach team members and customers, including guidance on organization design and Centers of Excellence maturity.
•Organize and lead customer advisory boards and serve as the voice of the customer; represent Celonis through events and thought leadership.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 12 years of relevant customer success, strategy consulting, or related experience, including experience in transformations and process re-engineering/implementations.
•Strong experience driving large-scale transformation programs and implementations, including process re-engineering engagements.
•Experience with logistics clients/processes is crucial.
•Deep exposure to and experience with successful change management practices.
•Native-level (or near-native) German language skills (written and spoken) to engage customers, facilitate workshops, and present to executive stakeholders.
