Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with electrical and instrumentation engineers to develop plans, specifications, and detailed design packages.
  • •Perform quantity takeoffs and support material estimates for project delivery.
  • •Select and develop technical specifications for electrical equipment and instrumentation, and help prepare tender documents.
  • •Conduct field visits to gather technical data needed for design development and support technicians on project tasks.
  • •Provide technical support during site execution and commissioning, including attending coordination meetings.

Salary: CAD 60,300 - 88,400 annually

Key Requirements

  • •College diploma (DEC) in electrical engineering technology and/or instrumentation.
  • •Experience in designing electrical or instrumentation systems for industrial, mining, or institutional environments (asset).
  • •Knowledge of AutoCAD 2D/3D (asset).
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • •Valid driver’s license.
