Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide support to the sales and distribution teams in relation to activities for which Sales Operations is responsible.
  • •Ensure the business areas have accurate data on which to monitor and improve sales performance, meet compliance and governance requirements, and deliver high levels of customer service.
  • •Develop, improve, produce and distribute management information including ad hoc requests with accuracy.
  • •Support distributor remuneration, implementation of sales initiatives, networks, events and systems.
  • •Assist in resolving operational customer/distributor management activities (e.g., remuneration, sales initiatives, event management, cross-selling) to ensure high-quality service.

Key Requirements

  • •2 to 3 years of experience in an administrative role (minimum)
  • •Preferably from the insurance industry
  • •Experience in developing, improving, producing and distributing management information and ad hoc reports with a focus on accuracy
  • •Ability to support distributor remuneration, sales initiatives, networks, events and systems
  • •Experience in preparing documentation to support project implementations and ensuring delivery to time and quality standards
