Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science or a similar field, or three (3) years of related experience and/or training (or an equivalent combination).
  • •Supervisory experience required, preferably in poultry processing or slaughter operations.
  • •Understanding of USDA and OSHA regulations.
  • •GFSI (BRC specifically) training preferred.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP experience is a plus; strong communication and leadership skills.
