Job Summary

Lead and execute Diageo Beer and Pre-Mix DBC brand/program sales across a defined Georgia market/territory. Build relationships with top chain, independent, and on-premise accounts, drive distribution, display, and promotional performance, and support distributor engagement and weekly/monthly execution. Partner with distributor partners and third-party field sales teams, analyze on/off-premise channels, manage tactical budgets, and deliver account-level plans and insights to drive share growth.

•Build and maintain relationships with top chain, independent, and on-premise accounts to deliver business objectives.

•Assist the DM with distributor sales meetings and support weekly team meetings.
•Manage tactical budgets and collaborate with the DM 60 days in advance on targets, objectives, and account plans.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 54,000 - 90,000

•Bachelor’s degree required.
•Field sales experience preferred.
•Proven ability to influence others using fact-based selling.
•Ability to stay organized, prioritize multiple initiatives, and generate ideas to develop the market.
•Experience with Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, Teams, VIP & Nielsen.
