Key Responsibilities

  • •Own core money processes end to end, including dividend cycle, reconciliation, payables/receivables, forecasting, investor votes, and exits.
  • •Lead and develop a team of operations specialists, setting expectations and driving high performance.
  • •Build controls to prevent issues before they reach investors, including reconciliation-before-payout and invoice-level verification.
  • •Document and maintain named coverage for each core process to avoid single-person dependency.
  • •Partner with Finance and stakeholders to coordinate reconciliation, receivables collection, cost allocation, reporting, and investor communications.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years in operations with meaningful experience in financial services, fintech, or real estate.
  • •Own and improve end-to-end operational processes at real scale (design, run, and continuously improve).
  • •Direct experience managing financial flows: reconciliations, distributions, payables and receivables.
  • •Strong analytical and financial acumen; comfortable in Excel and data-driven decision making.
  • •Experience leading and developing a team, with excellent communication across functions and senior leadership.
