Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead technical and programmatic execution for new and existing missile designs, fabrication, test, productization, and sustainment.
  • •Own technical and programmatic success by establishing program vision, assembling teams of internal/external SMEs, and communicating that vision.
  • •Set up trades to explore early conceptual designs and work with SMEs and business development to address DOD capability gaps.
  • •Manage detailed system/subsystem design, including requirements development, trades/optimization, and risk management against key performance parameters, schedules, costs, and risks.
  • •Coordinate fabrication of prototype/low-rate production articles and subsystem/system-level test efforts; support remotely deployed operations.

Key Requirements

  • •Deep understanding of missile development or robotics/consumer electronics.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, or Software engineering (or equivalent experience).
  • •Experience in a senior role leading programs from concept through test, delivery to customers.
  • •Experience driving strategic direction in competitive landscapes and solving complex system optimization challenges under tight constraints.
