Key Responsibilities

  • •Guide and lead day-to-day full life-cycle recruiting for Operations recruiting, including hiring events and leadership recruiting as applicable.
  • •Inspire, motivate, and lead a recruiting team to meet individual and team KPIs/metrics and hiring targets.
  • •Train, guide, and support team members in developing recruiting strategies and initiatives for their areas of focus.
  • •Review and analyze recruiting data to identify trends, recommend solutions, improve recruiting effectiveness, identify efficiencies, and increase quality of hire.
  • •Monitor weekly and monthly reporting to track staffing, hire rate, candidate pipeline, and other metrics to identify recruiting gaps and overall effectiveness.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree from an accredited undergraduate institution.
  • •5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including leadership recruiting.
  • •3+ years experience leading a team/others.
  • •Experience using virtual recruitment (social media, LinkedIn, resume sourcing, virtual career fairs).
  • •Experience with an ATS, preferably Greenhouse.
