Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and oversee the company’s FERC Compliance Program for interstate natural gas and products pipelines, including policy development, implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement
  • •Manage compliance with other applicable legal and regulatory requirements across business units, including Anti-Corruption and Trade Control laws
  • •Supervise a Compliance Analyst and coordinate with personnel across departments to manage compliance processes and documentation
  • •Oversee compliance program administration and maintenance, including developing, maintaining, and enforcing internal policies and controls
  • •Manage internal audits, compliance reviews, risk assessments, regulatory reporting, training initiatives, and support executive leadership with compliance-related reporting and investigations

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Legal Studies, Compliance, Environmental Science, Finance, or a related field
  • •7+ years of compliance, legal, regulatory, audit, or risk management experience, preferably in oil and gas or energy
  • •Strong working knowledge of FERC regulations and other applicable energy industry compliance requirements
  • •Experience managing compliance programs, audits, investigations, and policy governance
  • •Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and compliance management systems
