Environmental Remediation Area Manager

Oversee a group of major environmental site assessment and remediation programs to meet client satisfaction and internal KPIs. Lead project delivery performance, governance and risk escalation, and continual program/process improvement while driving adoption of digital tools and enterprise capabilities. Manage and coach a team of about 50 department staff. Collaborate with client and internal leaders to grow profitable backlog through budgets and capture strategies, while ensuring compliance and accurate Salesforce forecasting data.
