Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide project engineering leadership for the DIS team across multiple skill areas, internal/external resources, and customers.
  • •Assess and negotiate changes to SOW to determine impacts to deliverables, resources, costs, and schedules.
  • •Lead project execution to complete the work statement and coordinate resources over the project/program life cycle.
  • •Identify and maintain performance metrics, manage Earned Value Management (EVM) reporting and analysis, and support baseline comparisons to assess performance.
  • •Perform cost account management as assigned and support risk mitigation and opportunity management, under minimal direction.

Key Requirements

  • •9+ years of related work experience (or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience).
  • •3+ years of experience providing technical leadership or project management to cross-functional engineering projects.
