Build trusted relationships with individuals and small businesses by having client conversations in-branch and through proactive calling. Identify financial wellness opportunities, deliver customized recommendations, and consistently meet sales and referral goals. Open and service a range of consumer and business accounts, support teller transactions as needed, and partner closely with branch and line-of-business teams. Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures while participating in branch huddles and debriefs.
