•Facilitate collaboration among multidisciplinary teams and international partners across countries.
•Manage the approval workflow, aligning expectations with external partners.
•Oversee execution of creative brand activations in live and digital environments with impactful presentations.
•Monitor results, providing key insights and implementing practices to optimize processes.

Key Requirements

•6 years of experience developing complex sponsorship projects and coordinating strategic alliances in sports, entertainment, or live events.
•Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends and social media with a focus on the music and sports industries.
•Understanding of brand activation practices and advertising campaigns, including media amplification on digital platforms.
•Demonstrable experience using AI tools.
•Fluent in English; Portuguese knowledge is desirable.
