Lead and execute a strategic Financial Institution (FI) partnership portfolio across Indonesia and Singapore. Own partner relationships with banks, card issuers, digital wallets, and other financial ecosystem players—driving partnership strategy, account growth, negotiations, and campaign execution. Collaborate cross-functionally across Commercial, Marketing, Product, Finance, Legal, Analytics, and Operations, using analytics and data-backed insights to optimize ROI and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

•Define and drive Agoda’s FI partnership strategy for Indonesia and Singapore aligned with growth objectives.
•Identify, evaluate, and prioritize new FI partnership opportunities; build business cases and value propositions.
•Own and grow a portfolio of key FI partners, including developing joint business plans and monitoring performance.
•Lead commercial discussions, negotiations, and contract execution with prospective and existing FI partners.
•Collaborate cross-functionally to translate partner needs into internal requirements, launch initiatives, and optimize partnership ROI using analytics.

Key Requirements

•7–10+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, account management, consulting, or a related commercial role.
•Strong experience managing external partners and driving commercial outcomes in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
•Experience working with or within financial institutions, payment companies, loyalty ecosystems, or digital consumer platforms.
•Strong commercial acumen, including structuring win-win partnerships and effective negotiation.
•Fluency in English; Bahasa Indonesia fluency is strongly preferred.
