Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee day-to-day staffing, scheduling, and setup of sample run schedules.
  • •Ensure production work is completed according to department goals and timelines.
  • •Ensure all case samples are processed and accounted for; monitor adherence to SOPs and safety procedures.
  • •Provide and coordinate training for new hires and staff development in collaboration with the lead.
  • •Document nonconformances, manage corrective actions, and assist in CAPAs and process improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •BS/BA in Medical Technology or related field with 4 years CLIA laboratory experience
  • •BS/BA in Physical, Chemical or Biological Sciences with 5 years experience in a CLIA laboratory
  • •Master’s degree in arts or sciences with major in chemical, physical or biological sciences with 3 years CLIA laboratory experience
  • •Master’s degree with BS/BA in Medical Technology with 2 years CLIA laboratory experience
  • •Current MT/MLS/CLS/MB/MDx certification from ASCP, AMT, or AAB
