Job Summary

Own the quality, scalability, and strategic direction of an embedded client marketing team that drives advisor growth. Lead and develop managers and associates, build campaign playbooks across branding, lead gen, webinars, events, content, and onboarding, and scale paid media infrastructure with budget and performance oversight. Partner cross-functionally with Advisor Success, Growth, Product, and Compliance, and evolve the service model using AI and automation.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and develop the Client Marketing team, including managers, associates, and a growth marketing function focused on paid media across the advisor base.
•Own strategic and capacity planning, the team performance system, and training and development for managers and ICs.
•Set and scale campaign quality through playbook development across branding/DBA launches, lead generation, webinars, in-person events, content, and advisor onboarding.
•Build and scale the growth marketing infrastructure by owning program strategy, managing budgets and spend allocation, and making paid marketing a repeatable growth channel.
•Own senior cross-functional relationships across Advisor Success, Growth, Product, and Compliance, and evolve the service model using AI and automation.

Key Requirements

•7+ years in marketing, including meaningful time leading client-facing or services-oriented marketing teams, with experience maintaining quality at scale.
•Experience building AI-native marketing workflows and experimenting with new tooling.
•Experience managing paid marketing programs, budgets, and spend allocation, including evaluating performance across channels.
•Strong creative judgment tied to performance and the ability to redirect advisors toward what will work for their audience.
•Demonstrated operating rigor: building systems, running tight reviews, and maintaining team accountability.
