Job Summary

Lead a cross-functional Logistics IPT for the F119 Support Program (SPaRE), owning plans to maintain depot module production and field fleet readiness. Track and drive resolutions with engineering, customer support, supply chain, sustainment operations, and the USAF customer. Develop and monitor fleet management plans to improve safety, reliability, and affordability, forecast parts demand, mitigate supplier transition risks, and drive standardization with new tools.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead a cross-functional Logistics IPT and develop plans for each engine module part to maintain fleet readiness requirements.
•Identify risks to parts supportability for both depot module production and field requirements and develop mitigation plans.
•Review trends, update forecast data for future parts demand, and identify opportunities to expand repairs and/or adjust support limits to meet affordability targets.
•Develop and monitor fleet management plans to improve Safety, Reliability, and Affordability.
•Support internal and external program meetings and drive efficiencies through standardization and new tools as the program ramps into its next interval.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree.
•8 years of experience in Engineering, Propulsion maintenance/logistics, or Program management, or an advanced degree with 5 years of related experience.
•U.S. citizenship is required to support this program/contract.
•Familiarization with propulsion MRO and technical/logistic field support processes.
•Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Office, and QLIK/Power BI.
