Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist with maintaining and preparing program schedules across NBCUniversal channels, including scheduling changes and lineup planning.
  • •Ensure programming information is accurate and updated across internal systems and coordinate with stakeholders for effective schedule delivery.
  • •Support monthly Oxygen metadata submissions and monthly Video On Demand priorities (including Bravo NZ), including creating the priorities.
  • •Assist with ratings reports and audience analysis; monitor performance, identify trends, and support insights for optimizing scheduling and engagement.
  • •Track and manage program inventory, support programming presentations/updates, and participate in programming meetings and special projects.

Key Requirements

  • •Able to work onsite at the Sydney office for two days per week during the internship period.
  • •Passion and interest in TV programming and/or TV scheduling.
  • •Manage and maintain data and reporting with a high level of accuracy.
  • •Strong attention to detail.
  • •Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook and Excel in particular).
