Key Responsibilities

•Own the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles, from intake to onboarding.
•Design and execute proactive sourcing strategies to build diverse pipelines for engineering needs.
•Partner with hiring managers to define technical requirements and provide data-driven insights on the talent market.
•Ensure a clear, respectful, and high-quality candidate experience throughout the process.
•Identify ways to improve hiring workflows and interviewing panels to increase efficiency and quality.

Key Requirements

•5-7 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 3 years focused specifically on technical roles (Engineering, Product, Data)
•Proven track record of hiring in fast-paced tech environments or high-growth scale-ups
•Deep experience in full-life-cycle recruitment, including complex offer negotiations and stakeholder management
•Experience with both agency and in-house recruitment is preferred
•Hands-on experience with modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools
