Regional Vice President - West

Lead Elastic’s Enterprise sales team across the West region, driving repeatable, scalable GTM motion to accelerate existing and new logo growth. You’ll manage Enterprise account executives to exceed bookings targets, own sales planning and segmentation, and drive attainment of sales quotas through Elastic’s sales methodology. Build deep knowledge of Elastic’s technology, messaging, partners, and competitors, and collaborate across leadership while traveling regularly to support deals and team needs.
