Job Summary

Provide timely, accurate processing of client transactions while delivering a strong in-branch customer experience. Educate clients on digital self-service tools such as ATMs, Online, and Mobile Banking. Cross-train to support sales and service by making outbound calls, identifying client needs and offers, and supporting Integrated Relationship Management (IRM). Serve as a secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution while following internal controls, risk management, and compliance procedures.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide a distinctive client experience while completing complex and standardized transactions and handling monies accurately.
•Educate clients on digital self-service solutions, including ATMs, Online, and Mobile banking.
•Support the team sales process through outbound calls, checking for client offers, and identifying needs or opportunities by fulfilling requests or referring to appropriate team members.
•Support Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) by delivering Truist expertise and solutions aligned to clients’ needs.
•Adhere to internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies, and serve as a secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent education.
•Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience.
•Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.

•Ability to master PC keyboard/software skills for branch automation, including Microsoft Office, and to multi-task under time constraints.
