Assess banking needs, gather and process customer information, and educate clients on deposit and loan products, including digital and self-service options. Proactively recommend solutions aligned to each customer’s goals, complete service requests, open accounts, and submit credit applications while partnering with branch teams to deliver an accurate, consistent client experience.
