Job Summary

Serve as the primary point of contact for Banking Operations for merchant account activation. Act as a liaison between internal teams and business stakeholders to manage merchant activations, special pricing requests, and sales priority workflows in the PG environment. Own end-to-end cost queries with cross-functional partners and banking partners, ensuring accurate, timely resolutions. Monitor PG pricing/pricing arrangements, manage Terminal ID (TID) allocation and distribution, and support compliance checks to prevent fraud while improving processes through automation.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as the primary point of contact for Banking Operations supporting merchant account activation and serve as a liaison between Banking Operations and business teams.
•Handle merchant activations, merchant special pricing requests, sales priority requests, and sales request forms for activating accounts/payment methods in PG.
•Track PG pricing structures and special pricing arrangements, including TID allocation and Terminal ID distribution per company policy.
•Conduct website screenings as needed to verify details, ensure compliance, and prevent fraud while maintaining PG integrity.
•Manage and own end-to-end cost queries internally and with banking partners, driving process improvements and automation to meet TAT targets.

Key Requirements

•4-6 years of experience in a banking operations role in aggregators (e.g., Paytm, Razorpay, PayU, Instamojo) with strong knowledge of PG products and features.
•Strong oral and written communication to coordinate requirements, progress, and timelines with internal and external stakeholders.
•Proven experience with Google Sheets or Excel for data analysis, reporting, and visualization to support decision-making.
•Ability to build strong interpersonal relationships and establish rapport with internal and external stakeholders, including banking partners.
