Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage the cost estimating team producing detailed, accurate cost estimates for government projects.
  • •Analyze RFPs, SOWs, TRDs, and proposal documentation to develop estimates aligned with customer requirements.
  • •Generate submission-ready cost proposal articles including cost volumes, rate justifications, bills of materials, and basis of estimates.
  • •Collaborate with program management, engineering, finance, and contracts to align engineering solutions and cost estimates.
  • •Ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS/CAS/TINA; conduct risk analysis, what-ifs, cost realism assessments, and support baselining and audit reviews.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree.
  • •8+ years of experience leading major cost estimating efforts for a government customer.

  • •Ability to obtain a US Security Clearance requiring US Citizenship (a final US Secret clearance post-start is required).
