•Run consultative product demos that connect 7shifts to what restaurant operators care about to win new business.
•Turn demos into revenue by leading meetings, maintaining a disciplined sales process, and driving consistent wins through a clean pipeline.
•Hit and exceed sales targets by managing KPIs you control and tracking lag measures that validate results.
•Use AI tools to improve demo prep, discovery, and follow-up so you can spend more time selling and creating impact.
•Share insights and feedback to improve how the team sells and to inform what is built next.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 65,000 - 108,000

•A proven track record hitting and exceeding MRR/ARR sales targets in a quota-carrying SMB tech sales role.

•Fluency in sales engagement platforms and CRM, such as Gong and Salesforce.
