Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist with basic IT infrastructure support and maintenance tasks under supervision.
  • •Troubleshoot and support resolution of common hardware and software issues.
  • •Maintain and organize IT documentation and asset inventory in line with company standards.
  • •Support user onboarding/offboarding activities including account setup and access management.
  • •Assist with installation, configuration, testing of software applications/systems and monitor system performance to identify potential issues.

Key Requirements

  • •12th grade in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
  • •Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, or operating systems.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer applications.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-service orientation for assisting end-users.
  • •Problem-solving mindset with basic troubleshooting and technical support skills (willing to learn new technologies).
