Drive LATAM-focused market and payments research for the Partnerships and Strategy Management team in Global Payment. •Continuously track LATAM trends in payments and financial services, conducting deep-dive market analysis and assessing regulatory frameworks.
•Support 3–5 year strategic roadmaps for payment and credit product expansion, including market prioritization and user penetration strategies.
•Partner with Global Payment and key business units to identify growth levers across users and partner ecosystems, shaping product rollout and monetization.
•Lead end-to-end research projects (e.g., competitor benchmarking) and develop strategic recommendations in coordination with cross-functional teams.
•Support regular business reviews by identifying risks and opportunities, and provide strategic input to refine business plans.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in strategic analysis, business consulting, or investment, preferably in LATAM payments, fintech, or internet-based strategy/business analysis.
•Familiarity with LATAM payments business models (acquiring/issuing/pricing structures) and core lending models.
•Proficiency in strategic analysis tools and strong data analysis capabilities to produce independent analytical reports.
•Excellent cross-department communication skills and proficiency in English reading and writing.
