Job Summary

Join a fast-paced Investments Technology team to gather detailed front-office requirements and translate them into documented business and technical solutions. You’ll manage smaller initiatives, support delivery status and risk/issue handling, and collaborate across Technology and investment functional areas. Key Responsibilities

•Liaise with front-office business partners to solicit in-depth requirements for solution design, build, and implementation.
•Prepare, review, and maintain documented requirements to improve system and business-process enhancements.
•Own project management for smaller initiatives, providing delivery status updates and managing risks and issues.
•Collaborate with investment functional areas and external vendors, and coordinate cross-functional deliverables across Technology.
•Leverage data capabilities to elicit insights and build solutions for investment and trading communities, including use/build of AI solutions when appropriate.

Key Requirements

•Proven experience in asset management, or investment banking as an alternative.
•Exposure to equity, fixed income, and derivative instruments.
•Strong understanding of order management systems, preferably Charles River or a comparable platform.
•Strong analytical skills with the ability to engage partners to understand challenges and root-cause problems.
•Background in data science and deep data analysis, with knowledge of AWS, microservices (Kubernetes, Docker), API development, and DevOps (or willingness to train).
