Deliver on-site technical support for customers by triaging issues with guidance from Dell support, executing action plans from Dell Domain Engineering, and documenting diagnostic results. Perform hardware maintenance tasks such as reseating, swapping, replacing parts, and upgrading firmware. Run sever testing and validation by capturing and uploading logs, while collaborating with Dell peers to resolve customer problems and maintain a great customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

•Triage customer issues with direction from Dell support and execute the plan of action from Dell Domain Engineer/L3.
•Communicate updates using Teams, email, and phone with Dell stakeholders and partners.
•Document POA results, logs, and service reports (including parts numbers/PPID) to Dell via case email.
•Reseat, swap, replace parts, and upgrade firmware as needed to restore customer systems.
•Perform server testing and validation by running diagnostics and capturing/uploading logs.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 72,000 - 93,500

Key Requirements

•5+ years of professional experience, plus an Associate's Degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience and education.
•Experience delivering technical field services supporting hardware and software at client sites.
•Customer-facing experience, including reporting and presenting to all levels of the organization.
•Experience working in environments with large, concentrated asset deployments, including networking and Fiber.
•Ability to lift at least 50 lbs waist high to replace components on server stacks.
