  • •Lead inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
  • •Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues, escalating process or system gaps with the General Manager.
  • •Manage shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, and floor replenishment to keep the sales floor stocked.
  • •Maintain strong visual standards on the sales floor and ensure stockroom standards are followed.
  • •Directly oversee the Operations Associates; responsible for recruitment and development of talent and ensuring proactive store operations.
