Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the dedicated Account Manager for a specified Account Executive to maintain and grow business within assigned accounts.
  • •Respond to customer inquiries promptly and move issues to resolution.
  • •Develop and maintain product/industry knowledge, vendor resources, and GuidePoint Security service offerings to deliver customer value.
  • •Manage and progress open opportunities, renewals, upsell, and net-new sales cycles with AE guidance.
  • •Leverage vendor relationships and identify whitespace opportunities; represent the AE at customer meetings as needed.
