Key Responsibilities

•Partner and collaborate with senior engineers to identify where AI tooling and integrations can remove friction and build the fix.
•Build applications and integrations on top of Xsolla’s APIs and SDKs to help internal teams move faster with AI-assisted development.
•Ship code expected to reach real users—internal tools or customer-facing integrations.
•Use agentic coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, or similar) as a default way of working.
•Share what you build through weekly 30-second lightning-talk demos using real, shippable work.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 20 - 25 hourly

Key Requirements

•Open to current undergraduate students, graduate students, and recent graduates in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related program.
•Real fluency using agentic coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot) to build something that actually works.
•Demonstrated passion for building via side projects, hackathon entries, open-source contributions, or something shipped independently.
•Bias toward action—start building when problems are ambiguous rather than waiting for a spec.
•Comfort developing modern full-stack solutions and willingness to learn quickly.
