Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide administrative assistance to the Senior Vice President of Human Resources and the Senior Vice President of Talent Acquisition & Development
  • •Manage executives’ calendars, scheduling, coordinating, and arranging meetings with internal and external contacts
  • •Arrange physical and/or virtual conference details, including requests, invitations, and coordination of agendas and materials
  • •Coordinate detailed travel, including overnight and international accommodations, itineraries, and traveler information distribution
  • •Prepare and submit monthly expense reconciliation reports, onboarding paperwork for new employees, and assist with filing and distribution of reports and documentation

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 70,000 - 90,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of administrative experience; agency or management experience is a plus
  • •Strong proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite
  • •Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills to interface with staff and internal/external senior management
  • •Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple high priorities and deadlines while proactively anticipating needs
  • •High integrity and discretion with confidential information and sensitive issues
