Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive and coach store profitability and efficiency while supporting total store operations.
  • •Lead inventory management to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink, including investigating and escalating accuracy issues.
  • •Execute operational functions such as shipment, receiving, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
  • •Oversee Operations Associates, including recruitment, development, performance evaluation, and ongoing feedback.
  • •Partner with Operations & Visual Managers to manage reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, supplies, vendor relationships, technology, and facilities; open and close the store per standards.
