Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop the Private Client base by nurturing existing clients, reactivating lapsed clients, and introducing new high-value prospects.
  • •Segment the client book to personalize the client experience and optimize engagement based on preferences and shopping behavior.
  • •Exceed client expectations while maintaining client relationships aligned to sales targets and KPIs.
  • •Use weekly and monthly reporting to analyze data, provide feedback on contributing projects, and guide sales focus areas.
  • •Create personalized assets using data and creative tools to inform clients about relevant products, designers, and Farfetch news.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience in fashion sales, with luxury preferable, and a track record of exceeding sales targets.

  • •An existing strong client book with a majority of clients in North America.
  • •Strong clienteling skills: ability to negotiate, engage, and build customer relations.
  • •Strong computer literacy, including proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
