Key Responsibilities

•Prepare TTB 5100.11 forms daily for in-bond bulk and case good export shipments and domestic shipments from the Fort Smith facility.
•Provide export proof of delivery, maintain accurate monthly records, and submit completion to the Regulatory Compliance Manager by the 10th of each month.
•Perform monthly export TTB reconciliation and submit Intercompany Reconciliation on import shipments monthly.
•Provide documentation needed for drawback requirements and secure backup documentation for TTB month-end reports.
•Assist in managing daily bottling production, processing, and material handling inventory records and help resolve discrepancies according to TTB regulations.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 41,040 - 51,300

Key Requirements

•Undergraduate degree in Business (preferred).
•Strong working knowledge of MS Office, including Word, PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Teams.
•Excellent Excel skills, including creating and maintaining spreadsheets and entering formulas.
•Strong decision-making, analytical, and critical thinking skills with strong organization and problem-solving.
•Customer service mindset and proven oral and written communication skills; import and export experience is preferred.
