Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with Site Manufacturing and Engineering teams to identify gaps and labor-efficiency improvement opportunities.
  • •Analyze process flows, product movement, equipment layouts, and operator assignments to uncover inefficiencies and generate ideas.
  • •Design automation solutions via benchmarking and vendor collaboration; select suppliers and manage projects within scope, budget, and timelines.
  • •Lead automation implementation through production release, serving as the primary interface with automation vendors throughout the lifecycle.
  • •Define test conditions, oversee operational/functional/performance test phases, analyze test data, and prepare technical reports.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical/Electronics, Mechatronics, or an automation-related discipline.
  • •Project management experience related to automation equipment and disciplines.
  • •2+ years working as an engineer in a semiconductor or manufacturing environment with automation background (preferred).
  • •Strong problem-solving using a recognized systematic approach.
  • •Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with excellent communication and collaboration.
