Machine Operator I

Set up, operate, and maintain Flexo Folder Gluer machinery to produce corrugated boxes. Ensure production runs efficiently by verifying print registration, slot alignment, and glue integrity, monitoring print density and color consistency, and inspecting bundle count, folds, and overall box quality. Track downtime causes, troubleshoot first-level issues, perform required cleaning and ink/die change readiness, and support continuous improvement to reduce changeover loss while maintaining a safe, organized work environment.
