  • •Oversee day-to-day customer service operations and ensure compliance with procedures, safety, and security.
  • •Monitor and measure on-time performance; identify areas/individuals needing improvement and implement performance improvements.
  • •Communicate procedural changes and ensure compliance across customer service managers, supervisors, and employees.
  • •Review staffing requirements and schedules; ensure adjustments are made as needed, and assist with audits and grievance hearings as required.

Key Requirements
