Deliver consulting projects from the start by owning a project module and supporting the project team’s results. Conduct client interviews, prepare for and participate in workshops, analyze data, and present findings through clear presentations. Coordinate junior colleagues’ work while applying a structured problem-solving approach, strong analytical thinking, and excellent communication in both Romanian and English.
