Job Summary

Build strong client relationships by engaging customers in person, by appointment, and virtually to provide tailored guidance. Assess banking needs, gather and process account information, and recommend deposit and loan products aligned to each customer’s goals. Maintain a working knowledge of consumer and business banking and digital self-service tools, deliver an optimal in-branch client experience, and partner with branch teams to open accounts, complete service requests, and support credit applications.

•Experience demonstrating digital products and self-service technologies, with a digital-first approach.
