Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with stakeholders across the business to advise on comms for key changes and independently deliver targeted internal communications plans.
  • •Support high-visibility company-wide projects and campaigns, working with the Internal Comms Lead to deliver plans and manage rollouts.
  • •Own specific actions or team goals, represent internal comms in project groups, and ensure messaging lands at the right time for the right audiences.
  • •Manage everyday comms requests by matching messages to audiences, delegating or triaging to others as appropriate, and keeping the Internal Comms tracker up to date.
  • •Use data to evaluate what’s working and measure success, while creating workshops, bitesize guides, and on-brand visuals that stay compliant with privacy and security rules.

Key Requirements

  • •2–3 years of comms experience, or a role that required regular engagement and communication with different groups and understanding of best-practice channels.
  • •Ability to quickly pull clear, engaging copy with consistently high standards for tone of voice, spelling, and grammar.
  • •Proficiency using comms tools and comfort pulling data to spot trends and measure success.
  • •Self-starter who can work independently under pressure, unblocking themselves and knowing when to ask for guidance on complex issues.
  • •Confidence communicating with people at all levels, giving and receiving actionable feedback with high emotional intelligence.
