Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the GSC interface to the PMO and represent Global Supply Chain (GSC) program activities.
  • •Report GSC program status and communicate critical issues to internal/external customers, including corrective actions.
  • •Prepare monthly material sales forecasts using the Material Forecast Tool (MFT) and perform monthly forecast variance analysis.
  • •Implement proactive material sales risk & opportunity management using the ROM Tool to improve predictability.
  • •Support global supply chain activities across program lifecycle, including proposals, audits, offset/localization efforts, EXIM licensing, and Part 130 sweeps.

Key Requirements

  • •Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years of prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree with minimum 5 years of experience.
  • •Experience with budget and Earned Value (EV) management and MRP systems/tools such as PRISM and KINAXIS.
  • •Experience with Risk & Opportunity Management (ROM) Tool and/or Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and proposals.
  • •U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
  • •Must be able to work and succeed in a matrix environment with excellent communication and time management skills.
