•Oversee team member warm-ups and job rotation practices to support ergonomics; monitor equipment performance for optimal operation.
•Ensure workstations pass USDA inspection requirements; maintain lot control, product coding, accurate shipments, and inventory rotation.
•Coach, train, counsel, and retain team members while maintaining records for reworked or returned product and providing ongoing education on quality standards.
