Key Responsibilities

  • •Achieve store sales goals by delivering the ALO experience and providing product education about features, benefits, fabric, usage, design, and care.
  • •Drive and exceed sales goals by leading ALO’s Flow initiatives while optimizing productivity and efficiency.
  • •Ensure engagement with customers and maintain a friendly, easy-to-shop environment by building client relationships daily.
  • •Provide sales floor coverage and support initiatives required by Store Leadership, including educating guests on in-store initiatives.
  • •Support store operations including shipment processing, visual merchandising, daily replenishment, and ensuring front/back-of-house procedures follow company policy.
