Drive store sales goals by delivering an exceptional, guest-first experience through product education and authentic connection. Leverage ALO’s Flow initiatives to exceed sales targets while maintaining strong customer relationships. Support daily store operations including sales floor coverage, shipment processing, merchandising, replenishment, and front/back-of-house procedures. Help educate guests and staff on ALO’s product, community, and culture in a friendly, easy-to-shop environment.
